The 2012 ‘9th Edition’ of the Port Harcourt Fashion Show week held on Saturday 25th February 2012 at C-Barakuda GRA Port Harcourt was a successful event that saw the debut of Kellie Emenyonu (aka Dhabri Khenchy) as one of his greatest outings after his return from the South African Fashion Week.
The event being organized by the owners of Supreme Magazine in conjunction with the host of sponsors from the national and international communities was coloured by special guests from public and private sectors alongside with fashionisters from across Nigeria and Africa.
Among other Designers in attendance were Lady Kate (Label: SO GLAMOUR) the official designer of Miss Niger Delta, Euriel Chike Mordi aka ZHALIMA GRAZION – River State Contingent Abuja Carnival 2011, the mind blowing Label- AMBASSADOR KOUTURE – Christian Adim, Mr. Tope Oriyomi aka TOORAD COUTURE – specialist in unisex creative designing, and Jeseph Adebayo Adegbe aka MODELA COUTURE as the Africa Designer of the year 2011.
The programme for the event featured musical interlude, recognition of personalities and celebrities, comedy session, open of the runway, fashion show special edition, comedy hour and lots more fun. Supreme Events Global Limited Chief Executive Officer Raymond Ukaegbu AMNIM said to lift the banner of organizing the fashion show and to work towards permanently fixing the Port Harcourt Fashion Show in the international fashion calendar.
